Great question, as a pure tip mold, no. The reason is they are tapered. So even though the ultimate diameter may be the same, how long it takes to get there is different.
With that said, we have been experimenting with putting the smaller diameter Carrots in the larger carrots and injecting them. We've done some that are translucent with a small one in the middle that is red (trying to imitate innards), we thought it would just push it back but it didn't. Kind of interesting. You could also take a smaller one and put it at the tail and inject around it, would need to be somewhat translucent but would be interesting.
