You can use it multiple times.

We will try and combine orders and credit shipping, but once it's packed, it's headed out the door and shipping would apply again.

Diane is consolidating them when possible. I honestly don't know the status of each order.

To get to 30% off you would just leverage the qty. discount and the sale.

I got a call from someone who was having a problem with the discount not being applied to their order.  As far as I know it has only happened once...  If this happens to you just give me a call and I can manually apply it.
