I've been having fun with my kids, assembling a bunch of spinnerbait heads I've recently poured and painted.  Some heads glow, some just white and let them match up blade configurations and skirts that I hand tie on.  Good times.

Good times indeed my friend.  The only thing cooler than making your own baits is passing it on to your kids or someone else.

You better be careful as that one on the left looks a little like the trouble that I'm sure you were at that age... good luck Bro'.

Jeff...I'm going to start referring to you as the Norman Rockwell of the forum.
Until next time.

You know there are such things a child labor laws.  Seriously, those are two nice looking sons you have there.  Parents teaching their children the love of the outdoors is fading way too fast.

Great picture and I love your video's. Jeff have you ever tried putting two hitchhikers in the bottom of the seven inch Wutzit with willow blades on them to simulate fins? Watching your striper videos gave me that idea, I don't know if it would help or not. We have freshwater stripers insome of our resivors and I am going to try vertical jigging like you do. Sorry to get away from this topic, your going to need three yaks soon!!

lol, No, I'd be worried about the quiet shy one on the right.

Looks like fun times. Memories that will last forever

Here's one of them from Saturday.  This one hit a hard jerkbait, but we got plenty on the new spinnerbaits as well.

Thanks for the kind words guys.  They are both so much fun to watch.  I never thought of fishing as a spectator sport until having kids.
