Hemophiliac is a good name.  I also like a "Bleeding Doodad".
Until next time.

"Doodad"... that's a funny word.  I like it.  It kinda reminds me of my Mom as it sounds like something she would say.

There's some crystal flash in there, maybe it's a "flashy doodad" or with the buck tail in there it's a "bucky doodad"...

I'm still working on it...

It's not all trout fishing out west.  Here are a few warm water flies I tied.

That one is actually a good big trout fly too.

Thanks!  I like them too.  I kind of have to lob and duck when flinging them for trout on the 6wt, but they're not too bad on the 8wt for bass.

Yeah,  I found that same thing out. It's definitely chuck and duck. But just way effective.

Good looking flies, G.  I especially like the paint jobs.  Are those foam or balsa wood bodies?  That zonker has got to be a fish catcher...on the bottom...strip, strip,...KABAM!
Until next time.

Thanks again guys!  Those are foam poppers.  I use both hard and soft foam.  Those Wiggle Minnows with the slanted face are made from round foam cut to fit.  I use a Prismacolor marker to add the details.  The smallies were knocking the crap out of the perch colored one when twitched across the surface.  I like that pattern.  Those zonkers are really effective.  Last year was really hot and the fish were all ramped up, so I did a lot of fishing with lipless cranks and squarebills, so I didn't use them too much, but this year I plan on slowing down and using flies and plastics more.
