I must say I was a bit disappointed when I received my package today and a couple of things were wrong with the order. PM'd Jerry and left for an appointment sure that rectifying the order would be a pain. How wrong I was. When I returned a couple of hours later Jerry had responded with a more than fair solution.. There's something to be said for people who rectify customer concerns in a timely manner and with an eye to treating the customer right. Kudos!! Great product, great service. I'll order again.

I'll apologize again to you Ed for the mix up, and I do appreciate your appreciating our getting it right.  For 54 years Do-It has built a reputation of standing behind their product and processes and we don't plan to let that go anytime soon.  Thanks for the kind words.  We look forward to your next order.

I have a couple of minor problems with my orders but Jerry and the guys at Do-it were great and made it right. Great customer service.

I appreciate the kind words BAC.  It's not always a question of IF a mistake happens but WHAT happens after that fact, and you're always sure to hear about the problems first... you don't hear from the hundreds of others that say " hey, I got my stuff just as I expected". 

We do our best and if there's a problem, we do our best to make it right... Pretty simple really.

Couldn't agree more, customer service is next to non! These guys are great. Knowledgable and always ready to help.
