Question on the thumper bait
« on: 11/25/13 16:54 UTC »
How does the crappie thumper bait compare to a slider grub?  I sell bunches of the sliders in my store but have thought this looks like a great paddle tail grub that might even outfish the slider.

Thanks
God Bless!

The thumper is a nice bait and has way more action than the Slider. The last two years a friend and I have smoked big cold water crappies right before ice up using these guys and fishing vertically in submerged wood. They also make a good walleye bait when a person needs to down-size in cold water/weather conditions. Its a very versatile bait.
