I just wanted to sing some praises. I had a simple issue with an order and with being busy and stressed I handled it all wrong and for that I'm sorry. Jerry has worked with me for weeks now to resolve this issue above and beyond what I would have expected Do-It to do.
Issues will always occur but the true question is how you resolve them and in this case I am an extremely satisifed customer!
