MonteSS - How do you like the DrDepth software. I looked at it spring before last real hard, but didn't buy it. Was wanting to see if there would be some updates coming along. Looked really interesting to do some "truely detailed" structure maps of several of my fishing spots. Sidescan allowed a much better understanding of what the area actually "looked like" and downscan helped a little more. The aspect of creating a 3D model with high detail was very interesting. Bottom hardness integration was also a key. With the TVA lakes being as old as they are; siltation is a big controlling aspect of where fish will hold.
That and current, always have to know the current on the Tennessee
River. Oops, I digress.
