Use JBWeld to fill the cavities where the collar is and file it flat to the molds face when it hardens. Use a sharp, pointed knife tip to clean up the back of the head, then lay a 90 degree hook where the original hook channel is, getting the 90 degree eye about where you see here on mine, close the mold and hold the handles tightly together and give the face of the mold a light swat with a rubber or plastic hammer. Do each cavity with the hammer number separately. I used size 8 hooks in the 1/32 cavity and a size 6 in the 1/16 cavity. A size ten will fit in the 1/32 this way and a size 8 works slick in the 1/16 if you want smaller hooks. Pretty simple mod. When you cast just clean the original eye off the head with a sharp knife. Not much to it.
