Sweet digging there Kyle what detector do you use. We use to do a magazine at work called western eastern treasures that was really a good read.

I have been swinging an older Tesoro but am looking to upgrade.

Check mag online from time to time they have story’s and reviews on detecters and there are plenty of adds for them to.

That's neat, Kyle.  There are several interesting sites around where I currently live that I am sure I could find relics from the Civil War and even earlier if I had the equipment and time to do so.

There is another mag that’s called North and South that’s on the civil war that good to.

Interesting stuff.  Old Coins are my fix right now but I think finding old relics would really be something. I have found some old metal piano keys recently from some early 1900's houses.  The hobby gives you a different look at things and how they were in the past, old road beds etc.  The historical component has given me some unique perspectives.
