3.75" Birch Bug
« on: 01/16/12 09:49 UTC »
Was wondering if anyone has video footage of the Birch Bug in action? Jason, did you by chance make a video with it in your tank? I'm asking because when I get my injection kit, I'm gonna put a little more money down to get the 3.75" Birch Bug instead of the Lil toad sticker. Thank you for your help!

Here is the 4.25 Bucky on a 1/4 oz jighead. Tank does not show too well the good flapping action it has. Should have used a lighter color.

Hi Bill,

That is a super nice tank, great video as well.  Thank you!

Steve, the claw action on the Birch and Bucky Bug are going to be the same.  The difference between the 2 is the body (the Birch Bug is vented / has a zipper body vs. solid).  If you would like, you can get a sample pack that includes both as well as both sizes so you can compare them.

Thanks again Bill,

Jason

Thank you for that video, Bill I very much appreciate it! I like the action that it has.

What got me on the Birch Bug was that zipper body. I see it movin lots of water which is one reason why it attracts my attention. I like them both for because you never know which the fish prefer. Zippered or non Zippered. That little adjustment can make ALL the difference!

Thank you, Jason for your clarification. If I don't get a kit, I'll most likely just buy the Birch Bug mold at somepoint by itself along with that laminating plate you guys offer. Surely a good combination. ;) Thanks guys!

Steve
