It is starting to warm up here and I have been working non-stop. Andy tells me sleep is the enemy
Well, I got things rolling this morning, started the machine, and set out for a little R&D. Fishing was slow, but it was beautiful out. I kayaked to a part of the lake I've never been to before (in the yak - yes it makes a difference, totally different perspective, much closer to everything).
Here is a 5 pounder I caught on a jig and 4" Chub Grub. There was a huge laydown (seriously huge - probably 6' in diameter) and she was nestled in tight near the root end. It was one of those spots if you didn't catch a fish you would have just shook your head.
Anyway, a good day of
fishing, I mean work.
