Many just donate it to kids, or mix it all together and pour some craw baits.

I make a LOT of recycled baits, and (for most efficient use) I generally maintain four piles of scrap: dark (which will become black), medium (to make olive/tan/brown), clear glitter (to make more of same), and flo orange/chart (to also make more of same).
