I don't know what "color" those might be, but you can likely match them by mixing a couple different skirt tabs, like the Living Image skirt tabs (https://store.do-itmolds.com/Living-Image-Silicone-Tabs_p_845.html) and the Dalmatian skirt tabs (https://store.do-itmolds.com/Silicone-Tabs--Dalmation_p_853.html)... for example, I would look at 7704 and 7509 for the first jig you posted.

The bottom color is tough as the image is kind of dark but it looks like light pumpkin red glitter barbed wire on top of amber barbed wire or amber with blue glitter barbed wire. The top one looks like Army Green Pumpkin Dalmatian and plain Junebug.

amber barbed wire or amber with blue glitter barbed wire.

P&J maybe a better guess.

I thought that at first but if you click on the picture you get a better view. The top color has red glitter and the other color looks to have a blue or purple glitter. PB&J barbed wire has a purple glitter scale on it that would be easy to see.  I haven't found amber with purple glitter but I did find both amber and pumpkin with blue glitter.  It is hard to tell because the lighting on that pic isn't very good but you'll see if you click on it that if the glitter is purple that there isn't enough of it to be PB&J.
