15 pounds, all linked and ready to bag tomorrow and vacuum seal. This is fairly lean pure pork sausage at about 80% lean/20% fat. Super good Waltons seasoning was used. Even Carole likes the blend I used this time.

Looking tasty, Tom!
I always feel like a squirrel gathering nuts and harboring them in my freezer this time of year. I spent some time behind the grinder last weekend doing just that.

The meat for sandwich venison pepperoni comes out of the freezer tomorrow. Doing 2 1/2" X20" sticks. 25 pounds.
