It's not always a direct swap, but many hooks with a 30 degree bend will also fit. With some you may have to do a little grinding for clearance of the point end.

I use the Mustad 32724NP, 4/0 & 5/0 in mine, which is a round bend hook.

What size jig?  The Mustad 32886 and Eagle Claw 3886 3/0 work in the 1/4oz and larger. Another option but way more expensive is the Owner twist lock light hooks, you simply take the centering pin screw lock off and they fit in the mold perfect. I make the 1/8oz poison tail for a friend using the 1/0 Owner twist lock light that he uses for small swim baits.

Smalljaw, I'm pouring 1/4 - 3/8 and 1/2 oz poison tails.
Defiantly don't like the 91768. I've used the 32886 but was wondering what other options might be available.
Thanks for the help and if your the one that does the YouTube videos really enjoy them.

I'm glad you like the videos!!!  So you have used the 32886 and the EC 3886 is almost identical as is the VMC 7216. The Owner Twist Lock Light works and you can get that in a 1/0 and a 2/0 but very expensive. If you go to LPO (lure parts online) they sell the Gamakatsu 345 which is also similar to the others already mentioned. VMC also makes the 7329 but that is similar to the 91768 so you won't like that either. The Owner Twit Lock Light is kind of like the 91768 but not to that degree, it doesn't have as wide of a gap but it is a little more than a round bend. BTW, I use those for fishing flukes, they re the best hooks for flukes I ever used. Having them for flukes is how I found out they fit in the Poison tail mold, and I actually have a friend that has me make him poison tails with the Owner Twist Lock Light for finesse swimbaits. They are all that I know of, the Mustad 32724 is a light wire that only comes in a 4/0 and 5/0 and was alreay mentioned and of course there is a VMC 7217 which is a 32886 style but heavier wire.
