Looks great. My favorite way to grill salmon is to take 50/50 stone ground mustard and honey and mix it all together. Then rub it all over the salmon. Then soak a cedar plank in water for an hour. Lay the salmon skin side down on the plank and grill it. It's the best salmon you'll ever eat.

The pellet grill is the way to go and I’ll have to try the mustard and honey trick the next time thanks.
Did a hour of smoke and a hour at 225 grate open and it was moist and done. 2XL I’ll try that one also.
