I want to try & do ''gold sexy''.It looks like the amber color with enough drops & maybe pearl powder added would get the gold part but im not sure.Any suggestions?

Posting a "factory" pic is always helpful. Gold hi lite might get you more than pearl powder.

For the first pic I would use Gold Smoke for the bottom, chartreuse for the lateral line and a combo of black and blue to get the top color.

For the second pic Jim's sand color would look really cool.  Blue and white for the back.

Great looking bait!

I know that ambe with gold hi lites will be a good match for that factory pic but the custom numbers will need some pearl.

On the custom color I wouldn't be afraid to put just a speck of orange on a skewer stick and mix it in. Maybe even a pin prick of yellow too. You won't need much amber either and white will probably be coming into play. I always start light and add a dink amount at a time on those opaque colors that aren't heavy. Metallic colors like the factory bait will always get a transparent from my pot and I lean heavy on hi lites to get what I am after, not pearl powder, if I am matching a transparent color.

On that factory bait, I would do the top like CCM Jr did for the cold steel color. Just add a drop of CCM X2 blue and you will be good.

The custom one is just like a Sexy Shad to me but add a little gold in the bottom. Either flake or smoke gold pearl. Or, like Jason said, that sand recipe would be killer too. Leave the black flake out though I think.

Should be a cool color. I have been wanting to do the Sexy Red Shad for months now!!!!!
