Ok, in the "patent pending" drawing I mailed myself

, I would cut the mold with a slight indent in the sprue so that you could just slide the divider into the sprue once the mold is closed. If you wanted to make a single color bait, just leave the divider out as normal and shoot mold.
I have tested a few times with foil and it seems to work perfectly. Wish I had some of the thicker stuff guys were talking about to use.
Testing with plastisol that has 2 far different temps will be the deal. So far, I have just used plastisol I was normally shooting so the temps were close.
The other reason this will be nice is for de-lamination of the baits with the current system. Unless you dip over the baits, you can easily peel the 2 halves apart, no matter how hot the second shot is and how soon after you shoot it. If you wait hours or days, when you go to hook the bait, the hook will split the halves with ease.
