I have wondered if there are stickers/labels you can make with logo, bait name et al "out there" that might replace printed bags???  Bet it's doable, not sure about cost or if would look good enough to market...anyone know??

I do know You can buy Avery Printable Labels from places like Office Depot, for inkjet and laser printers.  If You use inkjet, just check for any possibility of smudging.  You can get paper or clear plastic labels.

I buy my vinyl stickers at Fast Signs, they are expensive but I can buy in any quantity and they look just as good as a printed bag and was ready the next day.... I went with the stickers  to see what my bags would look like printed.. cost of 50 stickers was 30 dollars(so 60 cents a sticker), the more you buy though the price comes down...

I had iguana graffix design a logo and made laminated labels for my bags at .35 cents each on 3x4 or 4x4. I use a  sharpie, industrial, holds up when writing on vinyl labels.

Do you mind posting a pic of your bags with the stickers on them?  I am just curious on how they look.

I used to buy the Avery shipping labels and print my own stickers for the bags.  I received feed back from some people saying they didn't care for the way the stickers looked on the bags.  I switched to printing my company logo and lure name on one side and my company website on the other side of 100 lb card stock.  It looks much nicer for display purposes, but once someone rips off the card stock to get to the lures all of my company info is gone.  Also, I have to waste time cutting down the card stock and staple them to the bags and punch holes in them so they hang on peg hooks.  I looked into getting printed bags, but I am not quite ready to spend that much money on bags.  This is the reason I would love to see your stickers from fast Signs.  Thanks!

Chuck

Can buy a printed bag, lot nicer than labels...if I buy tons at a time, with quite a bit of lead time. But I can buy them for a lot less than we are quoting here...so I guess

I use office depot 2inx4in labels then go to the Avery website and set them up and then print them.  Looks nice and keeps cost down.  I got 250 labels for like 10 bucks.  Then it took 5 mins to set all up on the comp and print them.

This is a large bag like 10". I think the sticker is 3x4 or 4x4. It's vinyl and waterproof. I use a stiff card like a credit card to smooth it on so it doesn't get air bubbles. An industrial sharpie will allow you to write on it with out smearing or water damage. It looks ok hand written, but I'm not a high end volume producer either.......YET! LOL
