7in rainbow trout jerk bait

alot of guys here on the west coast like to use the rainbow trout style baits for stripers so here is my first attemptto try and make a product for them.

Stripers love rainbow trout.  Until herring were "introduced" and became established in Ga. Lanier and Al. Smith Lake;  trout were THE bait for salt water stripers in these lakes.  Trout still catch well, but the edge is not as good as it was versus gizzard shad.  But if you don't catch any stripers;  you can eat your bait  :).

great lookin' bait...is that the wutzit?? tail looks a bit different! 

big bluegill are great baits for Stripers. Use to be bait of choice in Tennessee's lakes
