I'm very glad to hear that... That Do-It shipping team has been at it quite a while.  They are good at what they do and we've always tried to be prompt.

Best of luck with the new melting pot.

Mine says it is supposed to be here today, but USPS mail already ran and there hasn't been any updates to where it is.  :(

This is great service....I ordered plastic again. And once again had it on the porch the next morning. I am liking this kind of service.

Takes a week to get mine now and I have to sit around till it arrives later today It got sent UPS and they suck around here I dont get delivery till 430-8pm every time. I will have to start ordering 2 weeks in advance which really sucks if someone places a large order

I just looked at your last shipment and the order was placed on 2/11.  It was shipped on 2/11 and scheduled for delivery on 2/15.  Four business days to you from Iowa is pretty typical.  As far as I know any of our USPS shipments to you would likely go through Chicago before leaving the Midwest and will likely take the same amount of time but would be in multiple boxes.

I'm liking the new shipping location too! Here in 2 days most of the time.

Back when it came from TX...I was lucky to get it in a week. For some reason USPS in Texas didn't know where MN was. Sometime an order would go to LA ...then East! It would often take 2 days just to get here from Minneapolis! I have no love for the USPS and often will pay extra to have come via UPS or FedX.

Maybe you should recheck the date it has been rescheduled for the 18th if I am not mistaken that is a week. Like I said UPS SUCKS.Talked to Ryan earlier this week told me to call if it was not here friday guess what not here and nobody at the office. Beyond frustrated and a little ticked now I have a large order do in a week have the weekend to work on it and will run out of Plastisol well before completion USPS worked great when CCM was stand alone and last time I checked Plastisol had the cost of shipping built into the price. So why consolidate it to one box and ship UPS that is more expensive?

I havent had anything like that happen usually I had my 2.5gal shipped & then id get another box wither same day or the next if i orderes stuff along with it. nothing can fit in the usps bog with the 2.5 gal. The only time ive had plastic & other stuff shipped in the same box is when i ordered 1 gal & some other stuff to got with it for a special order

Ordered 5 gallons of Plastisol 2 boxes of 2.5 gal that was added to the molds glitter and dye in one box for UPS shipping. Guess if its not broke don't fix it does not come into play here. In the time I have been buying from CCM I have NEVER had my orders come on different days even when I order 5 gal. Plastisol and mold glitter and dyes at the same time. But big companies get breaks from UPS to ship through them.  Is why they shipped it this way? Yes I am a little ticked about it. As you all know it takes time to make our product and when you have orders to fill and can't fill them on time people get a little ticked at us.

I'm sorry UPS let you down this time.  We ship hundreds of packages through them everyday and they have a very good success rate in the rest of the World.  If UPS can't handle it in your area perhaps we need to ship USPS to you.  Maybe request USPS shipping with your next order, but don't place it on Monday as USPS won't be picking anything up then as it is President's Day.

We're willing to work with any of you that have a preferred carrier for your shipments.  Some areas are experiencing better service via UPS and there may be others that get better service via USPS.  We do not ship one vs. the other because of cost.  With shipping costs continually on the rise it is very likely that it costs us more to ship an order than what is actually billed to the customer.  There is a comments feature at check out to let us know of any special instruction for your order.  Please remember that once it leaves our door it is, in all reality, out of our hands.

Thanks,

Jerry

I will not lose a customer of mine over this I have opened 250 sealed bags for my show next weekend to take product out that is the same color to remelt and shoot what my customer needs. I will eat the cost of bags and labeling. I am not going to lose a customer over this especially a retail customer. I will just put in a couple overnighters in to be ready for the show next weekend. Just for my future plastisol needs I will try and keep and 10 gal supply on hand, And order a week in advance.
