It might be difficult to pour two cavities next to each other on account of the added hook gap, but it can me done.

I modified mine to take flateye hooks. But I haven't tried ewg hooks. I'll have to try that.

I was, incidentally, able to find a few of those hooks mentioned in that thread in a 2-3 sizes in my tackle shop, (I knew there were there the whole time... right?) so I'm gonna see what I can do with them in the near future... I've got them laying on the counter down there so I don't forget about them.  I've been kinda busy playing with plastics and other stuff around here recently.  I'll likely post something up down there in the "lead threads" soon...  ("lead threads"... haha... I sorta like that, might be a good name for a blog or something)

  Might sound a little odd but I make a 1/2 oz football shaky head without the screw lock. I use a 5/0 hook and put a chatter bait blade on the front of it. Then I put a 4 inch sexy shad body on the hook. It's a killer fall bait on KY Lake when the bass are schooling in the back of coves. The 1/2 oz keeps the bait down and the football head keeps it from rolling.

  That would be a cool lake to live by. Being from Ohio we're use to the muddy water so we end up fishing Barkley more. But both those lakes offer a ton water to fish in.
