Roll the plastisol once a day? Or each time you use it that day? The sticker on the box says with each use. That could b taken either way. Thanks!!

Rotate the box every time you plan to pour plastic from it.  It can sit and do nothing if you aren't using it, but before you draw anything out of it be sure to rotate it a few times to insure that all active ingredients are mixed well.  I do this relatively slowly so as not to introduce any unnecessary air bubbles.

I don`t mix large batches,so I roll the box to mix it up,than fill a cleaned out spaghetti sauce jar.The jar also has measuring makes on it. Than if I need some plastic,I gently swirl the jar around. Seems to work well, and I have`n noticed any bubbles.

My box of plastic sits in a spot in my garage that I walk by every day. I flip the box 180 degrees once a week or so. I also stick my hand through the opening by the spout, and work the bag around for a couple minutes before each pouring session. This is plenty to keep it well mixed. Because the plastic is in a sealed bag you don't have to worry about introducing air into it by mixing. This packaging method was/is a great idea. ---Tim.

When I am idle I usually give the box a quick swish around for a minute, maybe once a week. I keep the box flat on its back, pour spout up and covered with a clean towel.

I swish it around before I pour.  I normally don't pour more than a couple hours in a stretch, so no mixing in between for me.  Never heard of cc plastic settling, but for the few seconds it takes to turn it, might as well each day you use it.  Joey

I rotate mine two turns one direction then two in the other then I pour. Then when I store I do so with spout pointed up as some have said. This works great for me.
