My wife is mad how much im in the garage shooting molds and how much im on this forum. So I told her I wold get the moderator on here to be the judge of that.

Golf?!  Nnnoooo!  Walking and fishing I can do...walk-chasing a ball, no can do.

I've spent alot of time shooting baits, and I'd be lying if I said I'd never been "confronted" about it.  My wife will tell You right now, I'll be on this forum at some point during the day if I'm home and the wifi is working.  I was on here aLOT when I 1st started...the CCM Pro's have definitely kept me heading in the right direction...dotdotdot

Give her a beer and tell her that dogs get mad. People get angry. That should settle her down. Maybe. I was going to give you Andy's phone number and tell you to have her call him with complaints. BUT then I remembered he has mine and that a tactic like that probably'd backfire, so....

Roses are about a buck apiece. You could nail a couple on the garage door, or basement door with a love note and then make a concerted effort to meet her in the bedroom at a reasonable hour. None of these work for me but they might for you. Good luck!  :D

When a man gets on a roll shootin' baits, that "reasonable" hour gets to be an opinion rarely shared...lol...better call it "early", put the injectors down "early", and go show some love...she wants some attention, most likely.  Show love, she'll respond with respect.

My wife will make comments about being out in the shop too much.  Then when I make a point to stay out of the shop she will say that I have not been out there in a while.   ???  I can never win.  LOL!

Crabby,  it sounds like your wife is like mine.  Her worst enemy is a perfect day. Then she has nothing to complain about. M ost women would complain if their ice cream was cold!  ;D

Actually my lady and I get along pretty well. She's into quilting and I'll go along to fabric shops because of my eye for color...helps her out a lot. Shes pretty good about stying away from my plastics and jigs. The only thing I really fear with regards to her are her three [3] favorite, blood-curdling words......"I've been thinking". I hear those words or any utterance similar to them and I disappear. No good has ever come from that sorry little phrase.

I had a gentleman tell me on the phone one day that his biggest fear was: " that when I die, my wife will sell all of my fishing stuff at the prices that I told her I paid for it"...

I've always thought that funny because it is likely true in many cases... mine included.
