What I am doing wrong? Croaker feet

I get this too much... 25% at higher temps(350). I can seem to mostly get rid of the problem at around 330. Is this common? Here is a pic.

Edit: I'm using a medium injector and this is always the foot on the same side as the injection port

I get those ALL the time on my frogs. It helps to shoot at lower temps, and hold pressure for a while.

slow down and hold pressure. Air isnt getting out when you inject to fast

I shoot a lot of Croakers, and I too used to have this same issue, also the feet would fill about halfway at times (only one foot)...It drove me bonkers!  Just like everything else we do, though, practice, good detailed notes, and trial and error was the key.What I found is to lightly clamp from the hinge side, then the gate side, and clamp both very lightly....not light enough to flash but close.  If you do this you can shoot a fairly wide temp array and I'm confident you should get perfect frogs every time.

I can't see the pic but I believe I know what the issue looks like already.  #1, once your plastic is cooked, cool it down to just-shootable.  That'll help the foot fill-out before the plastic falls toward the vent too fast and traps a bubble...if the problem is the sprue-side foot isn't filling out completely.  What happens at x-temp (a little too hot/thin) is the top leg (sprue up) is feeding plastic to the foot from the top of the foot but the hotter/thinner plastic falls down towards the vent instead of completely filling out as the plastic pushes air out of the cavity toward the vent.  The plastic falls more than it fills and traps air bubbles.  Shoot cooler/thicker.  The "bottom" foot usually fills out because that leg is feeding plastic to the foot from the bottom of the foot-cavity, the plastic stays low and rises to fill the foot only by being fed plastic, it doesn't fall by gravity as the top can tend to.
