I wonder if it has been photo shopped.  An outboard motor?  I want to see them launch that rascal.

Lots of Amish in my neck of the woods. They don't drive cars but, they have no issue with having gas powered boats. Many of them have fish grinders right on their pontoon boats. They grind up every fish they catch, no matter how small, and make fish patties out of them.---Tim.

I wonder where that picture was taken. Looks like here in Indiana. Ive seen several horse and buggies tied up at Syracuse Lake Launch while they went crappie fishing in boats with outboards.

Look at the shadows undereverything. I doubt it has been "shopped". The Amish around here can come up with some real genius things, so this doesn't amaze me at all.

The local amish around here are new order and drive tractors everyday but on Sunday when they can only drive horse and buggy.  I know of several who own boats and will drive their tractors to the closest lakes to fish.....closest lakes are 1 1/2 hours drive by car!

When they buy a tractor they don't want to know how many horsepower it is but how fast it will run!  ;D  They pull stock trailers or pickup bed trailers with camper shell to haul the wife and kids in.  It's now uncommon to see 10 or more pile out of a stock trailer at wally world!

Good folks, but if I were to try that I'd be throwed in jail!  ???  But, I have a lot of respect for them.....hard working folks who hold to their principles better than most english people do.
God Bless!
