So.... I am looking to maybe add to my wondeful collection of molds.. I was wondering what everyone's favorite bait is for carolina rigging.. My current favorite bait to c-rig is 12in stump thumper, or the 10in ribbontail.

I also prefer a curl tail of some sort. The first bait I Carolina rigged was the 2 inch Rapala floating, shallow diving crank bait. Silver foil, with the black back.

I simply do not carolina rig. When we use to I felt we hooked to many fish deep so we stopped. I would much rather fish a point or a flat with a shaky head. I think it works as well if not better.
