Strawberry muffins
« on: 07/03/13 12:09 UTC »
Now that the smoke smell has leveled off a little in the kitchen this morning, Carole tackled a simple chore with making strawberry muffins. Our strawberries have been kicking out about a quart every other day and yesyerday we got way more than that so rather than freeze the ones that didn't make it to the shortcake last night she made muffins. I just finished the last two.

Apparently she found a new recipe and used it today and all I can say is..."use it any time you want dear." Man, these were some super good muffins. Not too dry, not too moist. And flavor....to die for.

So where's that recipe, Tom?  ;)  Sounds fantastic, our strawberries are new this year so no muffins for me unless we go picking at the farm in town.

I'll round up the recipe and get it posted. May be a few days. Busy.
