Need some advice

Without getting into to much detail, I purchased an injector and 2 molds from a member on here, and was promised they would ship yesterday (paid a week ago) The member has yet to respond to several requests to update me on the situation. Last night another member who apparently purchased molds from this same member 4 weeks ago was requesting information on the thread that i purchased my molds/injector from, as to where his delivery was. I was troubled by this as my expirience on this forum has been positive but i suddenly felt "uh oh" so i sent the other member who had purchsed molds from this individual a message to see if it was the same molds. It turns out it was different molds but that it has been 4 weeks since payment and no molds or responses to personal messages either. At this point alarm bells start going off, so i sent a message last night and 3 today to the member via email/and pm asking for a response and posted behind the other member on the forum requesting to know what was going on. I know this individual has seen the messages i sent as they removed the thread from the forum.

My question is has this sort of thing happened here before and if so does anyone have ideas on how to  resolve it? payments were made for goods and services via paypal, i have the members business name and phone number and address from the paypal reciept. any adivce on how to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

To this member all i want is the injector & 2 molds i paid for shipped as promised and the tracking number sent.

Hmmm that ain't good a strategic air strike is a possibility ( I know people) but short of that I would call and wait. If that doesn't work try calling pay pal to get try and get your money back . I would be uneasy if the person has less than a couple hundred post. I hope its resolve soon. Maybe an emergency popped up. Unseen life events happen that people never know about

i would assume, it had to be the person that started the thread which is the concern! the member i spoke with had been trying to contact this person for weeks with no response, but this person had been posting items for sale and had been contacting me regarding the items and payments etc but not responding to the other person. so clearly they were on the forum and would have seen these messages if they saw the messages from me. now i am getting no response to my messages and after i am this other member posted on the thread were i bought my items it was removed today. therefore they were on and saw the messages and post.

Have You consulted with Jerry or Ryan to see if they can dig up any info?

Hit up PayPal, definitely.  See if the payment went through.  If You believe You've been scammed, I read on another forum awhile back, You can call the Sheriff in that area and file a complaint.

  The sad part is this is the internet and this does happen. We can all work together and try to keep it to a very few. But it will always be a part of it. CCM and Do-It molds have never done me wrong. If your going to buy used over the internet then this could happen. For the most part from what I have seen your only saving the shipping and a few bucks. I say buy it from Do-It and you know your safe.

Glad it was resolved because due to budget cuts my air strike was a no go. Which is sad because a JDAM is a real crowd pleaser
