I'll welcome you here.

Dreamer is the man to talk to about airbrushes. If he doesn't chime in drop him a pm.  Mo is another sprayer with plenty of experience along with Tom P. Shoot any of them a pm if they don't get on this thread.

Thanks for the welcome. I may have to give them a pm. I should say I will mostly be painting jigs. I don't think I wish to get into crankaits at this time.

For the money you can't go wrong with an Iwata Revolution or the Eclipse both are great brushes, I personally have 2 Eclipse HP-BS the "B" denotes the color cup size I prefer the smaller size cup as you don't need loads of paint but if you are planning at some time to ramp up then the CS is a good choice. The Eclipse is designed with heavy bodied acrylics in mind and works well with little reduction to the paint but most will need to be reduced a little. I don't recommend getting Createx standard textile acrylics as they can be difficult with smaller needle/nozzle sets, they will work but trying to learn with them can be discouraging with the issue of reduction while trying to control your Airbrush, the Eclipse comes with a .35mm sent from the factory with an option to go up to a .5mm setup. The Wicked and Auto  air lines from Createx are the way to go and plenty of colors to choose from.

I use an iwata neo. It's an inexpensive entry level airbrush. Not as versatile as some of the others but it serves me well.

Hey guys just wondering what brushes you like for airbrushing powder paint? Am I correct that it has to be a certain brush to spray powder? I will need two guns correct? One to spray liquid and one to spray powder? Thanks again for all the help

You will need 2 I think the badger 260 is the one that they use for powder and from what I can gather it's not designed for liquids.

I don't use powder paints but I know harbor freight sells a cheap one that will.
