i have bought alot of items through caney creek in the past 2 years.. i bought a 2.5 gal of the soft plastic and ran through it in a couple of weeks,,, i like the plastic and it comes in a box with a spout.. wow...great idea.. this is so easy to pour.. any way.. i bought a 5 gal box.. so i recieved it  and it comes in 2   2.5 boxes.. great.. no shaking a 5 gal box at once.. so i am making baits with the new plastic.. i noticed the bodies of my baits i was making  alittle harder than usual. so i shook up the plastic even more.. shot some more baits,, wow.. still the same.. so i contacted caney creek..  they wanted a lot number on box... ok so i sent it to them.. i emailed several times with number..and never a reply..going on 2 weeks or so.. i told them the lot numbers are written on box with a black marker and hard to read so i did my best copying numbers down... i also looked at the other 2.5gal box which came in same order and the lot # is different.. no replies.. i love this company and still plan on buying more but am confused on why nobody ever got back to me?

I wonder when the totally switched from ccm to Do-it if some things got lost or never forwarded to the new server. I bet if you shoot Jerry a pm on here he will help you out

Did you call customer service? Do-it has a great reputation for customer service so I suspect something fell through a crack.

Also, remember with spam filters and all the other issues associated with the internet, a LOT of emails never get delivered.

I would suggest you PM JerryV and I'm sure he will take care of you.

wow!!!!!!!!!!!THAT WAS QUICK..pm jerry v 20 min ago an just got off phone with him  AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...   like someone said i guess emails never got there.. everything is good to go... can't wait to shoot some more baits,
