Color Help

http://custombaits.com/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=2151

Can anyone help me with this color?  I tried motor oil and cinnamon. Came close but no cigar. Also the purple flake I used turned red and pinkish.  Any help would be great.

Looks like scuppernong, maybe. The purple flake is a color flake that does not like heat. Let your plastic cool below 320 and then add that purple flake after cooking. Then you have to be careful on reheats and not get it too hot.

Awesome.. Now how to make scuppernong?  I'll look on the site to see if anyone has a recipe for 2x colors.

If you were close on the color...would one drop of black get you a little closer?

I'll have to try with some black. I seen an Amber/Red/black recipe.  Maybe if I cut the numbers in half I can get there.
