Do-it crappie molds

Hey guys I am brand new to crappie fish and tackle making! What are your must have jig molds for crappie fishing? Thanks for the help guys

I never really caught any crappie til I tried out the small fry. Mine is 1.75" but I'm sure they'll all do wonders. I highly recommend that. Buttt I'm not a huge crappie fisher like many on here they'll let you know for sure

All of the molds under the Panfish section will be good for crappie; maybe with the exception of the trout  worms.  Your geographical area will move you toward the size of baits that are more common.  In the south we don't use the nano's or ice picks much, esp. for crappie.   The fries and carrots are both very productive and popular bait lines.

Since this is listed under the lead section, you're referring to leadhead jigs, right? The pro-series in 1249, 1/32 collar-less is my mainstay. Then the JMWB-7-A, minnow Head using the wire keepers. If you do some walleye fishing with plastic, that Teardrop head, JT-7-WBA using the same wire keeper, casts a 1/16 that is a sweet fishing jig when you need to up-size a hair.

Definate on the 1/32 and 1/16th ball heads, minnow head and since I bought my long ago it has collars, I just flatten the collar and cut em off.  Couldn't be without my pony and horse head molds.

I have a ton of success with the walleye heads, I tie hair to them so I use the model with the ball collar, 3/32oz is an awesome size!! I also use the minnow head but the one with the lead collar as the wire keeper wasn't made yet. The weedless ball jig in the 1/32, 1/16, and 1/8oz sizes, those are the molds that I use to make crappie jigs.
