Tube a customer wanted to see if I could get made

he mailed me a sample & I did some looking around to see who can cut it for a decent price.We found someone & what we're having the mold company cut is a 5 cavity mold that doesent require tips for the nose section & doesnt require splines.The tails will be cut with a cutting press.Its ribbed along the body & will have a good profile.Were both excited to get some plastic ran thru it

it would prolly bang some spots on the riber they like that kinda stuff.

?? Is that going to be a solid body on the top? How big will they be??  Liking the look of the ribbed body.  Will you be selling them??

From how he explaind it was going to be set up I should be able to make a full hollow tube & a tube with a hard nose section for tx rig. Bait is going to be about 3.8" price per pack will be determined after I run some thru it

he wanted it for a size that yum quit makin in there vibra tube. it was we ended up going with a frame the guy had for a tube then  he built the nose & ribs around that
