 Here is a shot of my daughter pulling out a little sun fish she caught on one of the green Mayday Mayflies from the photo above. She is going to kill me for posting this


  My daughter and I loaded up the canoe and headed to the lake. It seemed like a good idea until we saw how busy it was. So off to another lake that has some places to hide from all the boat traffic. Dang no place to park! Ok off to another launch site. Finally we got in the water but there was no place to hide from the speed boats, the back channels were to shallow even for our canoe. All this aside it was a real nice day on the water with my daughter. 

No one could read this today.

I've tricked out some baits with those crystal eyes myself. You best be holding on to the rod though. On bright days fish will hammer those guys.

Those eyes were the only thing I had that would come close to fitting. These are by far the smallest baits I have made.

I like the crystal eye look as well!  Great looking colors - especially the green and white frog!
