1st Tarpon
« on: 10/27/14 12:44 UTC »

This was caught by a buddy of mine in Galveston, TX.  It was estimated to be over 180 lbs and was released. This guy is the reason I was unable to do the bait swap as he ordered 500 more from the sample pack I gave to him.  This makes it all worth while.  It was a pearl body with a red tail in the bull minnow body I make.

To date my lures have caught Speckled Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Snook, Bass, 1 catfish and now the Silver King himself.  Hopefully more to come.

My buddy made this for me and is the logo of my little lure shop. Hopefully soon I will be on facebook and eventually a small website.  Want to keep it small and local so its still a hobby and not a second job.  But all bags have this sticker on them.

Congrats. It feels so good when someone sticks a pig using something you made.

Yes it does.  Now all I need is my new 6" Mos Magic so I can get that out to the saltwater world and start ripping some lips.
