Cell phone most of time. I upload my pictures to Dropbox and then use that link when I post.

I post my pictures very simply through the gallery link on the top of the page, then browse files (and select what you want to upload) and click add picture near the bottom of the page... (of course you can add descriptions, titles and such as well, if you so choose.)

Should be just as easy on a phone as a PC if you have "interweb" access.

I always use my cell phone. It can be hard to get a good close picture but if you're patient it usually turns out good.
I upload them through tapatalk because it is really simple to both use and read the other various forums posts. I recommend getting the app

regaurdless of the camera used or the method to upload - just be sure to use a fisheye lense.
