Yep but it takes a lot more than a drop! Just experiment with it to see how much you need. I use a paint brush with these, they take quite abit. Some of the smaller stuff like tom has posted I do with a toothpick. Start out with less than you think you need and shoot one to see what happens because it's kind of a pain in the but if you get to much and it leaks into the mold. If it does leek just be sure to clean the excess color out especially before you do any new color! Hope this helps!
