Lets take a swim or a dive. A Wisconsin man swimming in the Mississippi River near Red Wing, Minnesota took the diving to new heights over the weekend. He climbed some thirty feet into a tree over-hanging the water and dove in....to all three feet of it. Needless to say, he required some medical assistance after he was rescued the drink and today is resting in a hospital. As I understand it there were several people together on a sandbar and they'd been swimming in the immediate area. One would think that a general idea of how deep the water was in this location would have been formed from being in it. I just shake my head at stuff like this.
