Welcome aboard Idahomike. I had the exact same problem that you are having some months back. I had some plastisol from about 18 months ago that was fine when I used it then, but seemed to go bad when I returned to pouring again. I believe the problem was that when I was using it at first I didn't mix it, or shake it before each use. That resulted in drawing off an uneven mixture. Then after an extended period of settling the properties of the plastisol were not balanced enough to get a proper blend to prevent the color change. I purchased new plastisol, mixed well before each use, and have not had the problem since. Slow Burn suggested using a motor oil colorant. That is exactly what I did with the rest of the plastisol. Motor oil, green pumpkin, black, any darker color will still make a great usable bait. Good luck!
