I have the lurecraft turquoise colorant, not the pearl though. The colorant is strong and yields an interesting, very, blue-green color. I considered the one pigment you show the link for here but passed because it was a white base. It may have cleared up when added to plastic but it didn't sound that way.
I think what I'd do in your case is to communicate with the company and ask for a small sample of each to work with to see if that's the direction you want to go.
