I made my own using some hard setting clay to form with the small willow blades. When the clay was dry and hard I just used a high temp soldering iron and 40/60 solder to solder the hooks in place. When each lure was soldered it went into a bath of lacquer thinner to wash off the flux. I used CS Vinyl Lure Finish, thinned, to prime and painted the jigs by dipping. I airbrushed a few too any that works really good on the shining fresh lead and plated willows.
When I was making the forms in clay I pushed the bare blade slightly deeper so I ended up with hook and hook eye slots and indents to hold the hooks upright without needing to hold them with a pliers.
