I bought gloves from Bear's, they fit nicely, feel good..but don't protect from the heat. Get too hot too fast.

bought Caney's (Do-It)glove...it has quality construction and is better made I believe than most..but doesn't fit real well. Maybe it could be made in xtra large!

I brought home a pair of gloves from the station. They stink like candles since they were used in a fire at a candle factory. We were all issued new ones afterward. They are waterproof, chemical and fire resistant. Plastic does stick to them but peels off with ease. Not sure you'd want to buy a pair, about $80.00. You might check with your local station and talk them out of a pair of used ones.
